Platters and Shallow Bowls

Somewhere between a plate and a bowl is a shallow bowl or raised platter that has lower contours yet serves as a container if so desired. Shown here is a gorgeous example created from segments of Australian Rose Gum Eucalyptus, Red Grandis, West African Shedua, and American Walnut.
